Due to the digital nature of our products and the structure of our course delivery, all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy

- Immediately accessible upon payment, providing full exposure to all course content.
- Designed for rapid consumption, often allowing learners to complete a significant portion or even the entire course in a short time frame.
- Delivered in a non-returnable digital format, making it impossible for the product to be “returned” in any traditional sense.

For these reasons, once access has been granted, the course is considered fully delivered and consumed, and no refund will be issued under any standard circumstances.
2. Additional Rationale for Non-Refundability
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Intellectual property exposure: Upon access, you are able to view or download unique educational content that cannot be reclaimed.
- Prevention of abuse: To prevent misuse (e.g., accessing content quickly and then requesting a refund), all sales are considered final.
- Low-cost, high-value format: Our courses are priced fairly and affordably to ensure accessibility, and we maintain sustainability by upholding our no-refund policy.
By proceeding with your purchase, you fully accept this policy and waive any right to dispute or reverse the transaction based on dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, or change of mind.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered under the following rare and exceptional conditions:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error (e.g., accidental double transaction for the same course).
- Verified technical failure preventing access to the course, and not resolved within five (5) business days after contacting our support team.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, supported by verified documentation and bank confirmation.
To request a review under these exceptions, email support@classkorea.com within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction, with your full name, email, order details, and supporting evidence. Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting ClassKorea is considered a violation of this Refund Policy and may result in permanent suspension of access to our services. We request you first attempt resolution through our support team at support@classkorea.com.
5. Policy Updates
CLASSKOREA PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
